• Job Type: Temporary (19th - 21st, 9am - 1pm)

We are seeking two General/ Events Assistants for a temporary assignment at the Wetherby Racecourse. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in providing excellent customer service and are available to work from Friday, 19th to Sunday, 21st, for 4 hours each day. Management support will be provided to ensure you have all the guidance needed to succeed.

• Delivering exceptional face-to-face customer service.
• Assisting with general tasks as directed by management.
• Ensuring the evet operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations, including wearing high-visibility jackets.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must be available for the full duration of the assignment.
• Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods.
• Must wear warm clothing appropriate for the weather and sturdy shoes.
