This Temporary Data Entry role is a great opportunity for an individual to utilise their meticulous data management skills to assist with a data migration/ system implementation project. It's based in Norwich full time and will be for a minimum of 4 weeks, with a strong likelihood for extension.

Client Details

This company is a well-established player in the Real Estate and Property industry, with a team size that exceeds 500 employees. They have recently moved to a new system and therefore are currently recruiting for a Temporary Data Entry candidate who can assist with a data cleanse and uploading files onto the new system. The role is based full time in Norwich and is required for a minimum of 4 weeks. There is potential for extension/ for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.

Description

  • Inputting data accurately into the company's database
  • Assisting with the management of the company's data systems
  • Ensuring all data is updated and maintained regularly
  • Liaising with internal departments to resolve any data discrepancies
  • Uploading files onto the new system
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions
  • Supporting the team in other administrative tasks as required

Profile

A successful Temporary Data Entry candidate:

  • Must be confident and competent using IT systems
  • Can be a junior candidate with no experience looking for some work experience OR an experienced candidate looking for a role with an immediate start with similar experience
  • A strong team player
  • Live locally to Norwich and able to work in the office full time
  • Self starter attitude, not afraid to ask questions
