Our client is a leading nationwide contractor for facilities. They are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Coordinator to join their Altrincham team!

Description

As a Temporary Customer Service Coordinator you will be:

  • Accepting and processing work orders
  • Building strong working relationships with a small number of nationwide clients and managing their workloads/enquiries
  • Scheduling of reactive jobs
  • Providing support to operatives
  • Ad-hoc duties when and as required

Profile

To be successful in this role you will:

  • A proven track record working in a similar role, ideally within the construction and/or building industry
  • B2B customer service experience is a must
  • Strong PC skills and ability to pick up new systems
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and workload
