As an Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from a UK customer base, handling customer queries and updating information on CRM systems.

Our client is the leading supplier for energy across the North West region. They are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their Preston team on an on-going temporary basis.

Description

As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will:

  • Be first point of contact for customers in relation to any queries they have with their account
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Updating CRM systems
  • Liaising with internal teams
  • Endeavour to resolve any issues the customer may have
  • Communicate feedback to senior personnel on the customer experience and issues
  • Adhoc duties as and when required

Profile

To be successful in this role:

  • Excellent communication skills that promote great customer conversations
  • Flexible from 6am - midnight for rotational shift patterns, i.e. 6 - 12pm, 9 - 5pm, 3pm - 12pm etc
  • 3 years experience within a contact centre environment
  • Able to work in a team setting as well as independently
  • Strong IT skills
  • Can commit to a 3 month temporary role
