TEMPORARY CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

Nouvo Recruitment are working alongside an elite Outsourcing Financial Services company to find the ideal candidate to handle inbound customer calls. Looking for individuals with a positive and professional approach to working within a busy fast paced environment.

FREE PARKING is provided on site.

The Role:

  • Customer service with a professional approach
  • Handling emails and SMS enquires
  • Being first point of contact when taking inbound calls which will include resolving queries and complaints
  • Working towards targets and goals at individual and team level

Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Experience in a telephone environment answering calls
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for learning and development
  • Positive attitude to learning
  • Strong interpersonal and social skills
