PMR work with luxury residential buildings across London and are currently temporary concierges.

If you have experience in concierge/porter/customer service/hospitality I would love to hear from you!

Duties:

  • Delivering excellent & exceptional customer service to all residents and being the first point of contact for all people entering the property
  • Patrols
  • Key handling
  • Parcel handling
  • Good problem solving skills/using own initiative
  • Looking smart and well presented at all times
  • Positive attitude, helpful and friendly
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with the Building Manager/team members

The successful person must have strong administrational skills outstanding customer service skills. Experience within hospitality/residential developments is desirable.
