Temporary Chef

Temporary Chef - senior level or Chef de Partie, required for our prestigious client, a food led Inn located close to Charing. Please note transport is required due to location. Some STRAIGHT SHIFTS where possible.

The ideal candidate for the role of TEMPORARY Chef, will have experience of working within Gastro Pubs / fine dining restaurants and using seasonal produce.

As TEMPORARY Chef,you will be reporting to the Head Chef and will be responsible for working alongside him.

Possibility of a permanent role at this Inn, if this is of interest.

Good kitchen management, stock control and food hygiene control are essential.

The salary for TEMPORARY Chef, given as competitive / plus a share of the gratuities / Live out only / Transport is required due to location and shift work.
