Role OverviewAs an Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You'll handle administrative tasks, support various departments, and maintain efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Maintain office supplies, handle incoming calls, and manage office equipment.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately input data, maintain records, and organize files.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Coordinate calendars and assist with event planning.
  • Correspondence: Draft emails, letters, and other communications. Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Financial Administration: Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Support to Teams: Collaborate with different teams, providing administrative support as needed.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenges and find practical solutions.
