Our Client & About the Role:

I’m delighted to be working with this very prestigious and high-end organisation who are going through a very exciting stage! As the temp to perm HR Advisor you will be supporting the HR Director, the wider HR team of 5 and your client group. The role will pay circa £30,000 to £36,000 when it becomes permanent, probably after 6 months, plus excellent permanent benefits which include: - Free breakfast and lunches (!), free spa and gym access, healthcare/dental cash plans, retail discounts and mental health support. This role will also offer CIPD study support when permanent!

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes and procedures. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting with ER cases and absence management, employee engagement and various events, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, maintaining employee records, HR project work, managing people databases, providing general HR administrative support to the team and being a first point of contact for HR queries. You will be an advocate for inclusion and champion behaviours which always support the Group’s values.

What you will need to be Successful

Previous experience withing HR including some ER support, be genuine, friendly and collaborative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills at all levels, have a keen eye for detail and must pride themselves with accuracy and attention to detail.
