We are looking for a Temporary Logistic Controller to start ASAP on this project for a Telecom Tech Company in Vauxhall. You must be available immedialty for this role and able to commit until end of July.

Company: Tech Company specializing in infrastructure for football stadiums, including power infrastructure, Wi-Fi, CCTV, audio-visual displays, and green technology such as wind power.

Responsibilities:

- Track order placements and shipments

- Coordinate with suppliers and track delivery dates

- Travel to Birmingham occasionally to receive orders

- Utilize systems to track orders and inventory

- Conduct audits and stock take, ensuring accuracy of numbers

- Collaborate with on-site labourer and office personnel

Requirements:

- Previous clerical experience preferred

- Ability to conduct stock take and manage inventory

- Strong communication skills, including phone communication

Duration: ASAP until July 31st, project completion date

Flexible office hours, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Company laptop provided

Location: Hybrid working in Vauxhall office with occasional travel to Birmingham

Pay: £15 per hour

For this role they are open to candidates from both London and Birmingham. If the candidate is Birmingham based, then they would be located at their site of the Birmingham City Football Club. They would need to be comfortable with a construction environment (and the safety elements such as hard hats, etc. that come with that).
