My client, A Brighton based University, are seeking an experienced and well-organised Course Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key team member, assisting with the coordination of taught courses. This role requires initiative, flexibility, and excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and delivery of course-related activities, events, and meetings.
  • Administer the school’s courses, including maintaining timetable information and coordinating student course options.
  • Support the administration of teaching support processes, including assessment and examination processes.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, publicising activities and maintaining up-to-date information on Canvas sites.
  • Handle student & staff enquiries and support examination processes.
  • Create and maintain accurate records of activities and provide reports on attendance and usage for analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Effective planning and organisational skills.
  • Competent IT skills, particularly with MS Suite and databases.
  • Experience of administrative and clerical systems.
  • Experience of supporting and servicing meetings.
  • Commitment to providing high levels of service to students and staff.
