Telesales Representative
Our client seeks a high calibre Telesales Representative for their busy Conveyancing department in Leamington Spa.
They are looking for a well-spoken telesales representative to be responsible for converting Legal quote requests over the telephone. The telesales representative's responsibilities include contacting potential customers, working through a clear process driven script, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, instructions, and reactions.
The role involves working with a unique conveyancing service that places client experience at the heart of the property transaction. The start of this journey, whether selling or buying, involves undegrading the element of the quote, having a sound knowledge of Estate Agency, and understanding the skill involved in meeting client expectations to achieve their aim to complete as smoothly and quickly as possible.
A successful telesales representative has excellent communication skills as well as sales ability. The successful candidate will be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of making a sale.
Main Responsibilities:
· Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
· Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
· Listening to the customers needs to generate repeat sales.
· Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
· Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
· Answering customers questions on the products.
· Meeting sales quotas and conversion KPI's.
Key Requirements:
· Excellent communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
· Have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person.
·Creative thinking skills.
· The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
· Good sales ability.
· Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
· Excellent problem-solving skills, and impeccable organisation skills are essential.
· Excellent attention to detail skills, and the ability to prioritise workloads.
· The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
