Description

  • Engage with potential clients to promote products and services
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
  • Ensure sales targets are met and exceeded
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
  • Participate in team meetings and sales training
  • Keep a record of calls and sales, and note useful information in the database

Profile

A successful Telesales Executive should have:

  • A background in sales or customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in using computer software like MS Office
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Confidence and determination to meet sales targets
