Telesales Executive
Our client, who pride themselves on a personal and proactive customer service experience, who provide services such as business phone systems, mobiles, broadband, payment solutions, and IT services are looking for a Telesales Executive to join their small team in offices based in Fareham.
Ideally you will have previous telesales experience or be tenacious, a good learner and be able to demonstrate this drive at interview.
Duties include:
- Initial telephone contact to potential new customers.
- Fluently delivering the given script, ensuring the customer is knowledgeable about the prospect of the products.
- Qualifying businesses with key criteria then booking appointments for meetings.
- Work with cold / warm data and progress to develop a potential pipeline
Skills and knowledge:
- Be confident speaking to decision makers within external companies.
- Have the drive to grow a small business.
- Be able to work independently.
- Good timekeeping skills.
- Good diary management ability
- Ability to maintain records and use computer systems

- Excellent communicator via written and telephone means
- Organised
Working hours:
9am – 5pm
Monday - Friday
Salary:
£24 -£27,000 + Commission – OTE up to £40,000
