• Proactively reach out to potential customers to promote our services
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends to respective managers

A successful Telesales Executive should have:
