Job Description:

As a Business-to-Business Telesales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by prospecting and selling our products/services to potential business clients. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to decision-makers, establishing rapport, understanding their needs, and presenting compelling solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound sales calls to a targeted list of potential business clients.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  3. Identify customer needs and provide suitable recommendations.
  4. Effectively present and articulate the value proposition of our offerings.
  5. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
  6. Develop a deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape.
  7. Utilize CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
  9. Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Previous experience in B2B telesales or related sales roles is highly desirable.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  4. Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
  5. Resilient and able to handle objections and rejection.
  6. A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
  7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  8. Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM systems.
