WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY HUSTLE WILL LOOK LIKE:

  • Relationship Building Extraordinaire: You’ll be getting on the phone and profiling existing customers to generating fresh leads, and building meaningful connections that drive business growth.
  • Develop new business leads, generating sales opportunities for the Sales team.
  • Reach out to customers in reply to correspondence, campaigns, marketing endeavours, and events.
  • You’ll initiate outbound customer calls and/or cold calls to showcase our products and services, facilitating meetings for the sales team, and participating in these calls to ensure relationship continuity and to enhance your learning and development.
  • Managing opportunities, staying on top of sales cycles, and keeping that CRM up-to-date - you'll be the mastermind behind our streamlined sales operation.
  • Assist in managing the renewal process and maintaining contact with customers to ensure our relationships are nurtured. Proactively address any potential renewal concerns well ahead of the contract expiration date.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Business Development Experience: With a minimum of 2 years outbound B2B sales experience under your belt, you know the drill - building long-term relationships, navigating sales cycles, and keeping that phone line buzzing with enthusiasm.
  • Communication Wizardry: Whether it's over the phone, via Teams, or carrier pigeon (just kidding!), your verbal and written skills are top-notch, keeping customers engaged and informed every step of the way.
  • Educational Edge: While a degree is a bonus, your real qualifications shine through in your practical know-how and a hunger for continuous learning.

THE NITTY-GRITTY:

  • Permanent, full-time position.
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with flexible core hours
  • Office-based role, with opportunity to move to a hybrid position as your career progresses
