Salary: Up to £30,000 + commission - OTE of £60-70,000

Chapman Tate Associates is seeking a Business Development Manager to join this established provider of Hosted/Unified Communications, Managed Services and Networking company. Based in Stourbridge, West Midlands, our client has garnered awards and recognition for their outstanding contributions to the UC and Connectivity industries.
This hybrid role involves a blend of new business acquisition and account management. As such, candidates must excel in cultivating new business relationships while effectively managing existing accounts. Autonomy is key, as you'll have the freedom to develop your client base independently. Ideal candidates will possess a background in solution selling, preferably gained from experience in IT reselling or Voice/Data Managed Services.
You will receive qualified leads and scheduled meetings, supported by access to CRM (Hubspot) for managing existing leads. Commutability to Wolverhampton or Burton Upon Trent, Derbyshire, is preferred.
Responsibilities include:
- Selling our clients' products and services to C-Level and external stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to follow up on campaigns and leads.
- Conducting customer meetings to demonstrate key products and offerings.
- Prospecting for new business opportunities.
- Conducting outbound telemarketing activities.
- Updating CRM with corresponding activity.
Ideally, candidates will possess product knowledge in the following areas:
- Fibre Connectivity
- VoIP and SIP-based telephony
- Mobile Device Management
- Contact Centre, Mobile, WAN, UC PBX Telephony-based technologies
- Leased Lines, FTTC/FTTP, Broadband, and related connectivity solutions
- Experience with solutions such as Broadcloud, Gamma, or Horizon (or similar based solutions)
