Telesales Advisor

Red Recruitment is recruiting a Telesales Advisor to join an award-winning financial services provider in Swindon. This is a fantastic business looking for ambitious people looking to build their career within the sales industry, previous experience in a sales environment is advantageous but not necessary for the right candidate.

The salary for this position is £28,100 per annum and also contains uncapped commission.

Key Responsibilities of a Telesales Advisor:

• Maximising sales by contacting established and new customers
• Working towards targets as you demonstrate the ethos of sales through services
• Speaking and building a rapport with a variety of customers
• Reporting, monitoring and analysing key information to maximise sales income
• Maintaining all customer records and managing information

Key Skills and Experience of a Telesales Advisor:

• Proven track record in sales is desirable
• You must be organised and self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to build effective relationships is essential
• Ability to work towards targets
