Telephone Market Researcher - German

I am currently have temporary opportunities available for German speaking Telephone Market Researchers to join an established Marketing company on an on-going project. The role is paying up to GBP12 per hour, and will be working remotely from home. Candidates interested must have access to their own laptop/computer and have a headset they are able to use.

The company collates market research on behalf of several other companies via conducting telephone interviews and running through questionnaires and surveys with Clients.

The role:

• Making outbound calls - cold calling to speak to decision makers in business', asking for their time to conduct a telephone interview or to run through some questions in a survey or questionnaire
• Completing the survey and recording the answers in order for the Company to use the research

Duties

• Experience of making outbound calls, either within market research or sales
• Confident in overcoming objections and speaking to Main Decision makers
• Able to make volume outbound calls
• Fluently speak German to business level

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Customer service experience
• Outbound dialling experience
• Candidates may be considered without this experience if they can demonstrate the necessary skills required for the role

• Hours:
• Weekly pay
• Hours available are 9:00AM- 5:00PM or 8:00AM - 4:00PM (8 hours per day with breaks included)
• Hourly rate up to GBP12 per hour
