LSL Property Services are one of the largest providers of financial services which include mortgages, non-investment insurance products, lettings, and conveyancing.

About the role

We are looking for Telephone Interviewers who would be making outbound calls to our customers to complete their insurance applications. This will involve gathering information about their lifestyle and medical history. The calls are arranged in advance, so there is no cold calling involved.

This is a remote role, however you must live within a commutable distance (approximately 30 miles) of our offices in Chichester PO19 1JG

It is a remote role which means the successful applicant must have the right broadband and home working space.

We are looking for staff who can cover our core hours of 6pm - 9pm, Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 9 hours per week up to a maximum of 15 hours per week.

We can offer some flexibility with shift patterns to suit your work / life balance.

The starting salary is £12 per hour.

The successful candidate must have the following skills and experience:

  • Delivery of service excellence
  • Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
  • Proficiency in the use of IT systems
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, literacy and numeracy
  • Ability to work on own and within a team.
