First point of contact for all incoming calls.

·Obtain cost effective transport quotes from a number of taxi companies and quote customer where appropriate

·Book extra runs / cover for scheduled runs by the most cost effective means

·Ensure accounts are open with cost effective taxi companies in all areas

·Sole responsibility of Operations Excel Spreadsheet and Access database of personnel records and run details.

·Updating database of records for all terminated/new runs.

·All other reasonable duties as and when required.

Requirements

·Have excellent telephone manner and communication skills.

·Must have own vehicle due to no transport links locally.

·Competent in MS Excel,

·Excellent organisational and time management skills.

·Display a can-do attitude at all times.

·Display a friendly and helpful attitude towards customers, potential customers and staff.

·Good sense of humour.

·Be able to cope in a time sensitive and pressured role.

The right candidates will be motivated, practical people who will join our friendly, highly professional team, dealing with high volume inbound/outbound calls, providing excellent customer service to our clients
