Working hours, salary range, perks and bonus scheme

  • This is a part-time role with significant scope for growth.
  • We estimate this role to take circa 4 hours a day (how this happens is at your discretion-our priority is the weekly number of calls you make)
  • £20,300 to £25,000 per year basic full-time equivalent salary (£10,150 to £12,500 basic per year as a part-time role)
  • The minimum bonus expectation for you is £7,500 per year (this is uncapped, and strong performers could earn significantly more)
  • Work from home with 1 face to face meeting per week in The City
  • Learning + Development: access to 121 Coaching, access to group coaching workshops, membership to a Reader & Leaders book club program (total RRP +£20k per year)

You should have a proven track record in sales or customer service, specifically in making cold calls and establishing relationships with clients.

In addition to your telephone experience, you should be able to write in a clear and concise manner.

Job description

Should you join the team, your role will be to make outbound calls to 4 categories:

All leads will be provided for you:

  • Strategic Partners Project - Cold leads - contacting target strategic partners.
  • Ex-Client activation - Warm leads - Contacting ex-clients with the target of reactivating them to engage in paid coaching.
  • Webinar attendees - Hot leads - Contacting webinar attendees within 24 hours of the event with the goal of booking a gifted coaching session.
  • Webinar Registrations - Cold to Warm leads - Contacting people who registered to attend webinars but did not attend.

You will be working alongside world-class coaches with the simple objective of opening the doors to new opportunities for the business.

A structured program of goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) will be agreed to provide you with the highest chances of personal and career success (including earning potential).

Day-to-day activities

  • Cold calling target strategic partners from an established list
  • Contacting Ex-Clients to engage them to re-start coaching
  • Contacting hot webinar leads who attended an event within 24 hours.
  • Calling previous webinar attendees
  • Updating the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system

What type of person?

  • Growth mindset
  • You will have the ambition to proceed to a more senior sales or business development role.
  • They will have some form of sales or customer service experience where there is a requirement to make cold calls.
  • You will be able to demonstrate through your experience and possibly role-play the ability to establish relationships and overcome 'gatekeepers'.
  • Someone who is able to communicate in writing in a clear and concise way
