TEFL Teacher

Your new company
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic TEFL Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English as a foreign language to students from KS3 to KS5. This is a long-term cover job, starting as soon as possible and ending in July 2024.
Your new role
- Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality TEFL lessons to students from KS3 to KS5
- 1:1 support with students- Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to the different learning styles of students
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students and colleagues
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support where necessary
- Ensure that teaching meets the school's standards and expectations
- Attend staff meetings and participate in school events and activities as required
What you'll need to succeed
- A recognised TEFL qualification- Experience teaching English as a foreign language to students from KS3 to KS5
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
