You will be providing 1st line support for a global law firm joining a friendly London based team. You will be working a set shift of 12-8pm, based 5 days in the London office, meaning you’ll avoid the rush and save on travel costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1st line technical support

Skills Required:

  • Essential software knowledge: iManage/FileSite, Windows 10, Office 365, Citrix.
  • Proficiency with essential hardware: laptops, desktops and phones.
  • Experience working in a legal or professional services environment.
