Position Overview: We are seeking a customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join the Technical Support Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing technical assistance to our customers, ensuring that they have a positive experience with our products. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and offering expert guidance to customers and internal teams.

Profile A successful Technical Support Specialist should have:
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation & Maintenance or equivalent (2357)
- Initial Periodic Electrical Inspection & Testing (2391 or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (2382-22)
- Proven experience in technical support or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, sockets, switches, and consumer units.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools.
- Familiarity Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel & PowerPoint
