A globally renowned Tech manufacturer are looking for their next Technical Support Engineer Immediately!

Then this Technical Support Engineer (TSE) position could be perfect for you! Our client is a leading manufacturer of Enterprise level Video Surveillance products dealing with high level systems. 

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be predominantly responsible for the day to day technical queries that your clients may encounter. Furthermore, you will; support the sales team with all proposal creations and technical expertise, demonstrate products at trade shows and on-site visits (ad hoc), be the "go to" person for all technical queries across a multitude of market leading products and occasionally get to visit international sites to provide technical insight. 

To succeed within this position, ideally you will have; a strong understanding of IT principles, including IP Networking, IoT, digital, Analogue and possibly Video Management Software. Further knowledge in security integration software, very strong IT skills, a pro-active outlook, an ability to communicate well both internally and to clients and a flexible work ethic.

This position is predominantly office based within the Brentford area. 

Remuneration

  • Flexible basic salary depending on experience - £30,000 - £40,000.
