Our client are a large, highly successful FM provider and are a leader in their industry. This role offers the opportunity to work at an iconic corporate site in the City of London.
Your new role
As Technical Supervisor you will oversee a team of engineers carrying out planned and reactive repairs across MEP systems for a large, commercial site. Duties will include:

  • PPMs, planned and reactive maintenance
  • Plant rooms, BMS systems, HVAC, and other associated equipment
  • Supervising a team of mechanical and electrical engineers
  • Ensuring H&S and compliance

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will require relevant experience as a shift lead or supervisor overseeing M&E engineers in a commercial environment. You will also require a strong understanding and background with MEP systems and associated equipment, as well as critical systems. Also, you will require a L3 or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline.
What you'll get in return
When successful in securing this role you will receive a permanent contract with a large, successful FM provider. You will also receive £50-55k salary + package.
