Technical Sales Executive

Role: Technical Sales Executive
Location: Bedford - 50/50 Field & Office based.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 negotiable DOE + Commission 
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours, Permanent.

Are you an experienced sales person with a technical background in Pumps, Property  Management, FM or Drainage? 

Are you familiar with managing a large portfolio of commercial clients as well as identifying new leads?

Attega is working exclusively with a medium-sized company who are a leading company in the Drainage and Pump Industry on their search for a Technical Sales Executive.

The main purpose of this role is to introduce new sales and manage existing accounts, offering services such as emergency repair, servicing and maintenance contracts and nurturing existing clients to ensure business growth.

In return, we are offering a salary of £40,000, this is negotiable however depending on experience plus commission and bonuses. We also offer a company vehicle, mobile, laptop and digital camera to provide you with the tools to carry out works effectively. 

Other duties include:

• On site visits to new and existing clients.
• Issue of quotations adhering to company gross profit targets.
• Site/technical reports to be fed back to production department to assist in production/scheduling works.
• Project management of larger orders including close liaison with production teams to make sure timelines and requirements are met.
• Account management and customer relations. 
• General prospecting and business development, with a keen eye for identifying new prospects.

The ideal candidate must hold a valid Full Clean UK License, as well as have proven successful experience of reaching and exceeding targets, managing a large portfolio of clients and with a technical knowledge of pumps.
