Metalis Engineering are working with a leading precision engineering company who are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join their team. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients in the automotive sector.
• Provide technical expertise and support to clients, understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of our precision engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of customer requirements.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Travel to meet with clients throughout the UK, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing regular updates to management.

Shifts & Salary:

• £35,000 - £40,000
• Monday - Friday, Days only
• Permanent

Requirements:

• Previous experience in technical sales, ideally within the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of precision engineering principles and practices.
• Understanding of machining processes and capabilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the UK.
• Experience in the medical sector would be advantageous but not essential.
