Technical Sales Engineer

Technical Sales Engineer required for my client who work within the air conditioning and ventilation industry, of manufacturing, based in Ascot.

They are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an internal technical sales and support engineering within the mechanical division of their air conditioning and ventilation products.

This is not a suitable position for a candidate with an IT educational background or work experience.

A candidate with a keen HVAC interest and experience in sales and customer support is well suited to this position.

Technical Sales Engineer Position Overview

• Provide technical support to external sales representatives and customers
• Select and schedule technical information for building services consultancies, architects and contractors
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and quotations
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Promote our products
• Continuously update product knowledge and stay current with industry developments

Technical Sales Engineer Position Requirements

• Degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning and ventilation systems is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Based within a commutable distance of Ascot.
• Full UK driving licence is beneficial.

Technical Sales Engineer Position Remuneration

• Salary - £25,000 to £28,000 - dependent upon skills, experience, qualifications.
