Your Mission: As a Sales Account Manager, your core objective will be to cultivate and enhance existing client relationships while actively pursuing new opportunities. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Leading negotiations and finalizing business agreements on behalf of BoPlan
  • Championing the BoPlan brand and product range across diverse industries
  • Spearheading the planning, drafting, and oversight of technical projects
  • Coordinating with safety advisors, environmental advisors, and maintenance managers
  • Serving as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams
  • Collaborating on technical quotations and overseeing project execution
  • Representing BoPlan at trade exhibitions and industry events
  • Maintaining meticulous client records utilizing CRM/ERP tools
  • Contributing to internal technical sales meetings and delivering comprehensive project updates
  • Ensuring seamless administration of technical sales-related affairs

Your Profile: We are seeking a candidate who thrives in a collaborative environment and embodies the ethos of BoPlan. Your qualifications should include:

  • Technical education with a focus on engineering or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated success in B2B technical sales, particularly within industrial sectors
  • Profound technical proficiency and a keen interest in security solutions
  • Track record of excelling in project-based environments with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and adeptness in relationship-building
  • Customer-centric mindset with a proactive and adaptable demeanour
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a cohesive team
  • Flexibility to navigate the evolving dynamics of a rapidly growing company
  • Fluency in English is imperative
