Technical Project Manager

We are currently working with one of our leading businesses based in Watford who are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join their friendly and fast paced team. This position is working closely with the technical support team but at a more senior level so someone with experience is needed!

The person in this role will come from a technical style background but not so heavily focused on just IT, ideally a technical product environment.

In this role you will account managing various clients who may be finding technical issues with products at their site, you will oversee these issues and project manage the repairs process.

Are you somebody who will go to any length to resolve an issue? Are you used to coordinating complex projects including managing internal and external teams?

Technical Project Manager duties:

  • Taking ownership of the problem and issue management process
  • Providing technical support for products
  • Managing escalations
  • Scheduling engineers to site and 3rd party suppliers
  • Managing the problem lifecycle
  • Leading Investigations and troubleshooting
  • Working closely with network providers
  • Working to deadlines and SLA's
  • Managing service delivery projects
