Technical Project Manager - hybrid

As an IT Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the technology initiatives forward. Your responsibilities will include:

Project Leadership:
Manage end-to-end IT projects, from initiation to successful completion.
Ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements.
Define clear project objectives aligned with organizational standards and policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals.
Identify and manage project risks and issues.
Implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Regularly track project progress, milestones, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Understand technical requirements related to ERP, CRM, and digital solutions.
Run vendor management processes
Monitor project budgets and reallocate resources as needed.
Sustain the project after completion by devising suitable maintenance and troubleshooting methods.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and digital solutions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse business units.
