Technical Pricing Analyst hx

We have partnered with a leading Lloyd's syndicate to find them a Pricing Analyst to join their growing team. The successful candidate will contribute to the ongoing pricing transformation project by providing actuarial pricing assistance to various underwriting teams. The pricing team collaborates on various actuarial function objectives, reporting to senior members and working closely with the larger group pricing functions. This role is not limited to but includes:

• Transferring pricing models from Excel to hx Renew, a powerful tool for underwriting and technical capabilities aligned with the Pricing Framework.
• Rebuilding existing technical pricing models in Renew using established principles and Python best practices to maintain model synergies before implementation.
• Building strong relationships with underwriting teams to ensure ongoing support for technical pricing concepts and tools.
• The development of portfolio management reporting to leverage data from Renew to generate new insights across all lines of business.
