Excellent opportunity to join an established company based in Sunbury, the ideal candidate would be someone who has excellent customer services and administration skills and able to deal with technical information - Fully training will be provided and excellent career development is on offer

Responsible for incoming tenders and pricing enquiries and producing quotes and proposals for works

* Management of the enquiry folder and maintaining trackers
* Issue accurate and timely proposals containing documentation relevant to each quotation
* Work closely with Business Developers to qualify and prioritise enquiries for quoting
* Ensure that all CRM filed are accurately completed and updates
* Ensure good working relationships with both internal and external  teams
* Provide technical telephone and written support to all incoming enquiries
* Quote follow up for projects and proposals under 10K
* Commercial processing of new equipment sales orders

Looking for a candidate who is customer focused with high attention to detail, effect communicator, highly organised and able to work under pressure.  

IT literature and numerate
