Remuneration: £30,000 - £35,000

The role of the Technical Estimator - Ventilation Products will involve:

• Technical Estimator position dealing with a high quality manufactured range of ventilation products and systems
• Focusing primarily on domestic ventilation products such as MEV ventilation and MVHR ventilation
• Review and interpret technical drawings to gain an understanding of projects
• Producing accurate calculations and quotations
• Ensure that projects can be completed in line with specification and building regulations
• Occasionally using AutoCAD to produce designs for ducted ventilation systems
• Dealing with inbound enquiries from clients by telephone and email
• Providing technical support to internal and external stakeholders
• Dealing with projects ranging in value from £1k to £1m

The ideal applicant will be a Technical Estimator - Ventilation Products with:

• Must have a strong mechanical and technical background within the construction industry
• Would consider technical sales, estimators, designers, engineers & installers
• Ideally will have HVAC product related experience for example: ventilation products, ventilation systems, ducting units, air handling units, air conditioning, extract fans, heat recovery units, boilers, radiators, fans, extractor fans, attenuation units,
• Ideally will have experience using AutoCAD or Revit
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
• High levels of attention to detail and organisation
• Excellent communication and numeracy skills
