Technical Estates Supervisor - NHS - Cardiff - £40k

You'll have responsibility for 3 staff across two hospital sites; a 100 bed site in Cardiff and a 20 bed site in Monmouth.

90% of your time will be spent in Cardiff managing 3 engineering staff across the two sites (2 at Cardiff and 1 at Monmouth). You'll be provided with a company electric car, free parking and free charging at the hospital.

In this predominantly office based role and ideally with a mechanical bias (but would consider electrical),you will support the Account Manager in the delivery of reactive and planned maintenance carried out by the onsite estates team and specialist subcontractors. You should have a broad understanding of Mechanical and Electrical Estates Maintenance and any hospital experience will be seen as favourable.

You'll also take an active involvement in supporting the delivery of Lifecycle projects. They have £500k this year to spend and you should have enough knowledge and experience to be confident reviewing tenders and quotes from subcontractors, supporting managing the process and overseeing works on site (SSOW, RAMS etc)

24 days holiday increasing to 25 after 2 years service. Call out rota - Standby allowance of £198
