We are looking for an experienced Technical Coordinator to join our client, a long standing residential developer to support on a number of schemes around London, as they increase the number of projects they are growing their Technical team

Main Responsibilities of the Role -

  • involvement from the land buying and tendering stage, providing input and guidance on behalf of the technical team.
  • Actively maintain the drawing and specification received on site from the design team, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Work with consultants for timely issues of information to enable programmes to be adhered to * Provide technical advice on schemes being considered for purchase and prepared for planning applications
  • Provide technical design co-ordination and the manage the delivery of this information
  • Issue buying and procurement departments with information packages for quantifying, tendering, and purchasing equipment and materials for site.
  • Coordinate communication between design teams and external clients - Act as a central point of contact for internal design team members and external consultants, facilitating clear and effective communication channels.
  • Ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed of project developments, changes, and requirements to maintain alignment and collaboration throughout the design processes.
  • Proactively recommending technical and design solutions with regards to products, detailing and methodology
  • Organise briefings and update reports from the design team on the progress of the project

Salary up to £55,000 plus travel and plenty of opportunity to progress as the company continues to grow!
