The Company:

The Role:

To analyse and troubleshoot technical issues in relation to IT, networks and media players, communicating any reports to relevant teams.

Key duties include:

• Analyse any technical issues to find the root cause of recurring faults.
• Proposing a solutions to these technical issues and resolving where possible.
• Escalating any issues to relevant teams where required.
• Creating detailed reports on any faults and resolved issues.
• Assembling test racks and testing hardware.
• Modifying the configuration of media players.
• Responding to service tickets.

Essential Qualities and Skills:

• The ability to manage communication between numerous departments effectively.
• A strong problem solving mentality with the ability to find the root cause of technical issues and come up with a solution.
• Good all round knowledge of IT and networks.

Preferred Qualities and Skills:

• 3rd line support experience.
• Knowledge of AV systems.
• Experience supporting bespoke software applications.
