Technical Advisor / Technical Support Manager

We are recruiting for a Technical Advisor / Technical Support Manager to join a well-established and globally recognised, window and door specialist located in North-West London. The successful individual with be collaborating closely with distribution partners and account managers in the domestic and commercial markets. overseeing the daily operations of the Technical Department and maintaining a thorough record of all orders and processing.

Technical Support Manager Position Remuneration

• Salary of £40,000 - £45,000
• Performance Bonus once proven themselves

• Working hours 09:00 to 17:00
• Position is office based only

Technical Support Manager Position Overview

• Technical assistance for domestic and commercial clients
• Handling all domestic & commercial orders for the UK, Ireland, Canada & USA.
• Modifications to orders and changes forms
• Provide estimates & pricing for special elements within an order.
• Assisting domestic & commercial clients to process special orders, such as technical requests etc.
• Responsible for answering all technical enquiries emails
