The Position   

Applications are invited for an Technical Administrator to join our Technical/Quality Team, based at our SARIA Ltd, Doncaster Site. This is a full time permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. 

As a Technical Administrator your duties and responsibilities will vary based on the Company’s requirements but will include:

  • Managing changes to the Quality Systems (including UKAS 17025) and HACCP systems;
  • General Administrative duties;
  • Working within schedules, incorporating 11 quality systems;
  • Responsible for accurate document control systems;
  • Accurately updating changes to Quality Systems documents;
  • Following Group Quality audit schedules and ensuring responses are received;
  • Minute taking in meetings;
  • Willingness to engage with training and development in relation to any relevant opportunities identified by the Company.

In addition, this role may develop into encompassing the following:

  • Promoting HACCP principles throughout the Group;
  • Carrying out Internal Audits including UKAS (ISO 17025) and GMP audits as required;
  • Assisting with the development and understanding of Food Hygiene Standards and Practices and GMP throughout the Group.
  • Assisting with the development and understanding of Accreditation standards used within the Group and carry out audits as required.

The Person

Essential:

  • Experience of working within an administrative role
  • The ability to produce reports and communicate findings effectively
  • Competent at analysing data
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Be self-motivated and have a pro-active approach to problem solving.
  • To be able to work to tight deadlines.

Advantageous:

  • Previous experience within a Quality environment.
  • Experience of working in a factory / commercial environment would be advantageous, not essential.
  • Previous experience working with Quality Systems (including UKAS 17025) and HACCP systems.
