Technical Administrator - Document Controller
Inverness

Company client is offering an exciting permanent opportunity for a Technical Administrator / Document Controller to join a leading UK construction and regeneration group in Dalry, Scotland. Initially, this is a full-time, 24-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension.

Due to the location of this site, you will require a valid drivers license and your own vehicle.

The role involves providing technical support to the Quality, Document Control, and Engineering teams. Responsibilities include managing hard copy data, electronic storage, and retention. The Technical Administrator will be a reliable point of contact for the on-site project team, both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities include supporting the quality and document control team, aiding with document filing, and ensuring consistent formatting of documentation. The Technical Administrator will process and store project documentation within the electronic document management system and internal server, as well as assist in archiving documents and information upon project completion.

Requirements for the role include a relevant qualification or equivalent work experience, basic knowledge of document control systems and quality standards, and strong technical skills in Microsoft packages. The ideal candidate will have proven administration experience in a busy environment and internal projects.
