Job title: Advanced Technical Customer Support
Salary: £27,000 - £35,000
Location: Bristol, city centre

This role can offer you:

Here are a few examples of what your daily tasks would include:

  • Collaborate with Technical Customer Support team for efficient issue escalation and resolution.
  • Provide advanced technical support to customers for more complex issues.
  • On-site visits or on-call alerts for problem resolution.
  • Provide hands-on technical support to project teams by assisting with system testing, troubleshooting issues, documenting processes, and helping ensure smooth delivery and transition of IT projects.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
  • Act as a customer advocate by providing feedback for product/service improvement.
  • Collaborate with support teams for escalated technical issues.
  • Assist Expert Technical Support in root cause analysis and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with third party suppliers
  • Contribute to refinement of standard operating procedures for technical issues.
  • Ensure adherence to predefined processes.
  • Utilise advanced technical resources, documentation, and tools for troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to resource optimisation and allocation.
  • Explore innovative solutions for complex technical challenges.
  • Record time against activities to enable accurate costing of services
  • Provide clear updates to customers and internal teams on escalated issues showing issue resolution progress, and next steps.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear and concise communication for various audiences.

Sound interesting? These are the required skills for the role:

  • Driving licence
  • Over 3 years of Helpdesk experience
  • M365 experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure

Experience in the following is not essential but will help you in the role:

  • Experience working in an MSP

Location: You would be required at the office in Bristol and the candidate needs to be within a commutable distance.
