Tech Lead x2 roles

Role: Tech Lead (2 roles)
Rate: £650 p/d Inside IR35
Location: London HQ - Hybrid model - 2 days p/w
Duration: 6 months initial

We're working with a retailer who are looking for 2x Tech Leads that can help align the technology and product roadmaps as they begin a transformation of their website and app. There are two vacancies, one will sit in Store experience, the other with customer loyalty.

Experience required:

• Must have worked closely with a product team, shaping goals, and communicating to wider organisation.
• Previous experience shaping technology and architecture.
• iOS or Android coding ability for store experience role
• Java or SAP coding ability for Loyalty role.
• Previous retail/eCommerce experience is highly desirable.
• Has worked with cross functional teams
• Strong understanding of tech landscape and how this can be changed to fit organisational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Tech lead would be responsible for how roadmaps are delivered and what's feasible and not.
• Responsible for tech road map to align with product road map.
• Work very closely with Architecture team.
• Make technical decision but guided by architectural guard rails.
• Deal and work closely with Product manager to go through back logs.
• Make sure teams have everything they need to deliver.
• Get development team working harmoniously.
• Quality checking the User interface to customer and configuring back-end systems.
