Tech Bar Engineer - Windows, BYOD, Office 2016

6 Mont contract

On-site - SE1 location

Inside IR35

£14.48 per hour (7.5 hour day)

We are working with an IT Consultancy who are need in of a Tech Bar Engineer to be based on-site at their clients offices to provide user based support for Laptops, Devices, Printers etc.

You will be part of the Tech Bar team who provide a 1st point of contact customer service and will guide the user through a fix for the issue at hand. And anything that needs further investigation can be escalated to the Service Desk if needed.

You will be responsible for supporting Windows based devices running Windows 7 and Windows 10, Office 2016, BYOD, VPN based support and using tools such as Jabber, One Note and Service Now.

Skills Required:

• Fundamental IT Knowledge in Windows 7, Windows 10, Office 2016
• BYOD troubleshooting experience
• VPN based support
• Jabber & One Note are nice to haves
• ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system.
