About the Role
We are currently seeking a flexible and supportive Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school located in the High Lane area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Team Teach trained individual to play a vital role in fostering a positive learning environment for children across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students in EYFS, KS1 and KS2 classes as directed by the teacher.
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of engaging and stimulating lessons.
- Offer individualised support and guidance to cater to diverse learning needs.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student success.
- Maintain accurate records and complete assigned administrative tasks.
Person Specification:
- Essential: Team Teach qualification (or equivalent)
- Essential: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Essential: A resilient and adaptable individual with a positive attitude.
- Essential: Passionate about education and child development.
- Desirable: Experience working within a primary school setting.
