Our client, Tameside Council, is looking for a Team Manager to join their Childrens Services.

  • To line manage and supervise 7 practitioners and a Senior Practitioner.
  • To have oversight and provide supervision for children allocated within the team, circa 100-130.
  • To ensure cared for children's holistic needs are met and that we are ambitious for children.
  • To drive forward improvements to practice and performance within the service.
  • Required to be on site in Ashton-Under-Lyne 3 days per week.
