We are looking for 2 Team Managers within our Mental Health PCN services.

Social Prescribing and PCN services to join our innovative management team to lead, develop and deliver a range of mental health support services at a point of real change within the mental health sector and increased public understanding of the importance of mental health and well-being in society.

As a newly recruited team manager, you will be required to work closely with our clinical and third-sector partners in a joined-up and integrated way, focusing on greater inclusion with a commitment to working alongside people with lived experience in coproduction to design, deliver and evaluate service delivery.

To succeed in these roles, you’ll need a good understanding of working in mental health, primary care or equivalent transferable skills and an enthusiastic approach to developing an integrated service, as well as a genuine passion for supporting staff to achieve their potential and fulfil their role.

You’ll receive a comprehensive induction followed up with regular training - we’ll invest in you to give you all the tools you need to succeed. You’ll join a supportive, flexible team and be working for one of the leading providers of mental health services in Sussex.
