Team Manager (Maternity Cover)- CIC- Hybrid - Up to £62,087

NonStop Care is currently working with a Good Ofsted local authority based on the Outskirts of North West London who are looking for a Team Manager to join their Children In Care team on a maternity cover contract lasting 12 months.

You will be a Team Manager, working closely with management and your team to continue and develop the service, leading to increased job satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

* As Team Manager you will oversee a team of Experienced Social Workers. Working closely with other Team Managers and Service Managers you will continue to improve the quality and development of the service.
* Manage a team working with CIC ages 0-18. To carry out supervisions, review care planning and prevent delay. Address and monitor areas of performance and quality of work. Progress plans for all children in care and to work SMART around transition into adulthood.
